This morning at the breakfast table Myla told me she was going to have to use her daddy for her baby's daddy some day when she got big. She went on to say she would get her baby before she got her baby daddy, so she would just have to use her daddy. I groggily wondered through my half finished coffee if this were a teachable moment or if we were talking about baby dolls, so decided to hear her out.
Then she said, "I'll have to get my baby at a garage sale because only poops live in my tummy."
Thank goodness. We still have some time. :)
